Project: The mandate was to create end-user training on an SAP 5.0 implementation. Main work focused on the HR module which touched the job functions of everyone. These were things like leave management, salary updates, personal information etc. We worked on ESS and MSS part of the implementation through ECC installation for the client.
The development process was:

1. End-user screen grabs on client site
2. Off-site Flash movie development using the screen grabs and the process laid out by the on-site developers
3. Integration of Flash movies into a customized e-Learning program

We helped the customer reduce development costs by almost 75%: result of productivity gains because of our ability to handle SAP trainings.
